Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

How to track your order:

1. Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email from info@rendov.com
2. Click the tracking link in the email
3. Follow your shipment in real time

Please note: It can take up to 48 hours after dispatch before tracking information becomes visible. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact us at info@rendov.com and we will investigate for you.

Haven't received a shipping confirmation? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@rendov.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
