Herbs pile up on the windowsill, turn brown, and lose their aroma before they are even dry.
Anyone who wants to dry fresh herbs from the garden or market knows the problem: spread-out bundles take up every free inch, dry unevenly, and lose their scent and flavor in the process. The HerbRack™ herb dryer solves exactly this – with several mesh layers arranged one above the other, herbs, flowers, and thin fruit slices hang freely in the air, are evenly ventilated from all sides, and retain their full aroma. The result: dry, fragrant herbs without chaos, without mushy spots, and without a cluttered table.

Benefits
- No more aroma loss when drying: Because the mesh structure allows air to circulate from all sides, basil, lavender, rosemary, and co. dry evenly – without scent, flavor, or active ingredients simply evaporating before the herbs are done.
- No more lack of space in the kitchen or on the terrace: Thanks to the vertical setup with 6 or 8 drying layers, several types of herbs can be dried at the same time without having to clutter the windowsill, table, or balcony railing.
- No more effort when storing after the season: The HerbRack™ can be quickly taken down, folded, and stored space-savingly – so no space is wasted and no cumbersome disassembly is necessary.
