Usage
- Setup: Mark out the playing field, place the king in the center, set up 5 pawns on each side, and place the marking pins in the corners.
- Play: Teams take turns throwing sticks at the opponent’s pawns – knocked down pawns are placed on the team's own side and set up again.
- Win: Once all the opponent’s pawns have fallen, the king can be attacked – whoever hits him wins the round.
Pro tip: Rotating the throwing sticks lengthwise instead of throwing them flat usually hits the pawns more reliably – especially in some wind, a flat, stretched throw close to the ground is recommended.
