Usage
- Clamping: Firmly fix the adapter's hex shank into the drill chuck and screw on the appropriate nozzle for the desired rivet size.
- Insert the rivet: Insert the blind rivet into the nozzle, set the drill to low speed and insert the rivet cleanly into the pre-drilled hole.
- Assembly: Drill until the mandrel breaks off, pull the adapter back – the rivet is seated cleanly and flush without burrs.
Pro tip: Set the drill to the lowest torque and hold it lightly against the breaking point just before the mandrel breaks – this prevents the adapter from jerking back abruptly after inserting.
