The cable tie is tight, but the excess end cannot be cut cleanly.

Anyone who has ever attached cable ties to fence posts, pipes, or cable bundles knows the problem: tensioning, cutting, and securing requires multiple tools, yet the result does not hold permanently. This stainless steel cable tie gun combines all three steps into a single operation. The tool tensions the cable tie, cuts off the excess end flush, and secures the connection – no rework, no loose ends.

Benefits

  • No more annoying retightening: After tensioning, the connection holds permanently – the repeated checking and retightening of cable ties is completely eliminated.
  • No need for a second tool: The built-in blade made from molybdenum-alloyed steel cuts off the excess material directly during tensioning – a separate cutting process is a thing of the past.
  • No replacement needed due to weathering: Made from 304 stainless steel, the cable ties resist heat, cold, UV radiation, and moisture – neither rust nor material fatigue force repurchasing.

Specifications

  • Cable tie material: 304 stainless steel
  • Blade material: Hardened molybdenum-vanadium steel
  • Cable tie dimensions: 4.6 mm × 300 mm (30 cm length)
  • Maximum binding width: up to 12 mm
  • Maximum binding thickness: up to 0.25 mm
  • Set contents (1 kit): 1 cable tie gun + 100 stainless steel cable ties

Usage

  1. Insert: Thread the free end of the stainless steel cable tie into the gun’s guide.
  2. Tension: Squeeze the handle repeatedly until the cable tie is tight and the desired tension is reached.
  3. Cut: Activate the cutting lever – the excess end is cleanly and flushly cut off.

Pro tip: When attaching to round pipes or fence posts, slightly twist the cable tie into its final position before the last tension – this ensures a flat fit and especially clean cutting.
