- Put on: Slide the shoulder straps up and fasten the back closure – adjust the straps so they sit comfortably on your shoulders.
- Insert pads: Place the removable pads into the front pockets or remove them depending on your desired wearing comfort.
- Check fit: Stand up comfortably and check if the bra sits evenly – adjust the straps if needed for optimal support and comfort.
